Pray, encourage, listen, and avoid arguments over someone’s pain. Do not shame, diagnose, pressure, or preach at a person who asked simply to be heard and prayed for.
Pray like a neighbor, not an audience.
The healthiest prayer community is not the loudest. It is the one where people feel safe enough to be honest and loved enough not to be exploited.
Protect privacy
Do not post another person’s private story, contact information, address, medical details, or identifying information without permission. Keep sensitive details in authorized pastoral-care channels.
Keep conversations appropriate
No sexual or age-inappropriate content, harassment, threats, hate, bullying, profanity directed at others, or attempts to move vulnerable people into unsafe off-platform conversations.
No solicitation or exploitation
Do not ask prayer-wall members for money, promote schemes, impersonate pastors, recruit for unrelated organizations, or use someone’s hardship as a sales opportunity.
Know what this community is not
The Prayer Wall is not emergency response, medical care, legal counsel, or crisis treatment. In an emergency, contact local emergency services. In the U.S., 988 provides crisis support by call or text.
Use trusted badges wisely
Pastor and Prayer Leader badges are admin-verified. A badge means the person has been authorized for this ministry role inside Boundless; it is not a blanket endorsement of every statement they make.
Moderation is pastoral stewardship.
Content may be held, rejected, or removed when it conflicts with these guidelines. Automatic filters help route risk; authorized people make the final moderation decision.
